Gaylia provides administration and grant writing support to the artsREACH board. After moving to the Island from Alberta, she has worked for various non-profit organizations in the roles of Administration and Development for the past 15 years.
In addition to a Fine Arts degree from the University of Calgary, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from Royal Roads University.
After a lengthy career teaching private classes in music and art, Gaylia was delighted to join an organization dedicated to ensuring that all children have accessibility to arts education. Working with artsREACH has given her a deep appreciation for how the organization improves the quality of life for children in our region, one program at a time.
